The Power of Braco’s Gaze: Discovering Inner Peace

The gaze of silence through Braco is profoundly powerful. It is not just a gaze; it is the presence of this gaze, the light of this gaze, and it is the place we call our true home. Home is where I was, recharging, to share my experience through this body.

I am awareness, and this awareness is pure peace. I am not this body, I am not this mind; I am peace. The body is merely an instrument through which I came to share the reality that I am this silent awareness. The emotions I experience may take over my body, but they do not change my essence. We often get caught up in the emotions we experience, forgetting that we are not these emotions; we are the silent awareness observing them.

Fear is an emotion that can overwhelm us when we are in the state of peace. This happens because we are in a body-conscious state most of the time. We become very attached to the body, identifying ourselves with it, and fearing death. What we must remember is that while the body will die, we cannot, for we are the silent observer, the essence of peace.

The silence of Braco’s gaze is the awareness of the peace that exists within every being. It is the source we are a part of, the home within us where we can find rest and energy to continue our journey.

The Mirror Within: Embracing Our True Selves

The mirror is a reflection of our inner self. When we look into the mirror every day, we admire our beauty, seeing both our physical appearance and our inner strengths. The desire for a flawless face reflects our inner longing to grow, expand, and improve.

Sometimes, we notice imperfections and feel less beautiful. Despite knowing that we can gradually work on these, they become the focus of our attention. In the same way, we often confront our weaknesses and, instead of improving them, we become vulnerable and attract more negativity.

We apply makeup to hide spots on our face, much like how we use ego to cover our weaknesses. Makeup hides not only imperfections but also our true identity, causing us to forget the face beneath. This mirrors our inner selves, where boosting our ego unknowingly hides our original strengths, leading us to identify with a fabricated version of ourselves.

We can choose awareness of imperfections and acceptance of our face as it is while intending to improve. Similarly, we can be aware of our weaknesses, accept ourselves, and believe that our strengths will gradually overpower them.

Makeup can make us forget our spots to the point where we fear to see our bare face. The more we use it, the more we feel the need to keep applying it. Our true face still exists, waiting to be accepted, but we prefer to hide behind makeup. Likewise, by covering our weaknesses with ego, we attract more ego, believing it to be our identity while our true strengths remain buried.

When we fall sick, we dislike looking in the mirror as it forces us to confront our bare face and true identity. This is similar to when our ego is attacked, causing pain and hurt. The fading ego unveils our real self, and the pain allows our inner strengths to surface, presenting an opportunity to let go of ego.

We can appreciate our sickness as it removes the makeup and gives us a chance to see our true face. Sickness acts as a mirror, urging us to face our denial of self. Emotional pain can be seen as an opportunity to recognize our inherent strengths.

As we recover, we often revert to our conditioned mindset and conceal our true selves again. Denial continues until sickness forces acceptance. This moment of self-acceptance is when true recovery begins. In the inner world, once we recover, ego may try to dominate again. It is only after ego’s complete breakdown that we reconnect with our original strengths.

We all have flaws yet are still beautiful. The mirror of our souls reflects what we choose to see. We can see beauty or flaws, making this choice every moment. If we focus on flaws, we see flaws in others. If we reject ourselves, we also reject others. Do we want to live in self-denial? If not, we can choose acceptance now. Accepting ourselves allows us to accept others, seeing and admiring both strengths and beauty.

“So let’s all accept ourselves in entirety of our beings and love ourselves as we are…In self acceptance lies self love…In self love lies the self truth…In self truth lies the universal truth.”

My Duality…

My Duality by Vandana | Vandana Soni | Village| https://www.youtube.com/c/Villagevandana

Life is full of beautiful surprises. It’s amazing how it unfolds every moment. This moment all that there was, as perceived by my mind was a lot of confusion. I was on an emotional roller coaster. I tried to dig deeper and amidst all the emotions was  a very firm sense of I, me and myself struggling to look for some space. As soon as I gave attention to this space, it told me that there is something within me that needs attention. There is nothing that I can get from outside of me, there is nothing external that needs to be fixed. As soon as I pour my attention to this space, it began to evolve from a deep well of emotions. There was no clarity at this stage but one thing was very straight that ‘I’ needed attention and that is where all the energy was required.

I started talking to myself and wanted to better understand I, me and myself. In this moment, my mind was not convinced that external has no role to play in the emotions I was experiencing. At the same time my heart was very sure that I no longer wanted to showcase anymore negativity in the form of anger, resentment, shouting, screaming, crying, feeling sorry for myself. I no longer wanted to play the blame game and run away from myself. Something within was talking to me and telling me that I cannot fool myself any longer. I cannot escape from the reality that there are two sides of me. I am right and I am wrong. How can I accept and own all the rights and disown all the wrongs by blaming it onto the situation? How can I be only right and others be always wrong? I have to look at both parts of me and say to myself this is who I am. Unless I accept myself in this duality, I am incomplete. I cannot conveniently pick and choose the good part or the right part and then keep running away from the bad part or the wrong part of me because both these parts co-exist within me as two sides of a coin. I have to be in complete acceptance of who I am…

The feeling of this acceptance of my own duality was overwhelming. Silence was becoming my best friend slowly. I wanted to be alone to be able to talk to myself more and more. I was giving way to nature and it’s deep silence. Taking long strolls in nature was expanding this space within me. The thoughts kept jumping in my mind one after the another trying to take away the newly invaded space created by the silence. All this was in vain now as the silence of nature was attracting more silence within me .

Mother nature has it’s own music amidst all the silence. This music although unheard by my ears carved it’s way gently into my heart. In this very special moment, unaware of the fact how things were unfolding for me, my heart opened to a new but yet an old path, to the journey long back chosen but forgotten, to a dream but rather a reality that I have lived forever and ever in my duality…

Harnessing the Power of Thought: Creating Your Own Destiny

Thoughts create feelings, feelings create attitudes, attitudes create actions, repeated actions create habits, and habits shape our personality. Ultimately, our personality defines our destiny. In essence, we are powerful beings who craft our destiny through the power of our thoughts.

Many of us believe that thoughts just happen, often attributing their origins to external factors like our environment, people, and objects. However, this belief itself is a thought we create. We often forget that we generate our own thoughts every moment. We have the choice to create positive or negative thoughts, highlighting the need to be constantly mindful of the quality of our thoughts. Positive thoughts elicit great feelings and foster a positive attitude, leading to constructive actions. Repeated positive actions form good habits, which in turn create a stable personality. Stability helps us respond rather than react to external stimuli, allowing us to be more receptive to new ways of perceiving. The opposite also holds true. Thus, we shape our destiny with each choice we make in every moment.

Let’s consider an experiment. We often avoid taking responsibility for our thoughts by blaming the external environment. For instance, when a person we’ve had a negative experience with appears, we might immediately recall the hurt or pain from the past. This is just another thought we create. Such a thought makes us uncomfortable around that person because we generate negative energy based on past experiences, unknowingly recreating it through our thoughts. We have a choice in this moment. We can become aware of our thoughts and what we are creating. Instead, we could let go of the past and switch our thoughts from negative to positive, from weak to powerful. We can strive to be the change we want to see in that person. Rather than succumbing to past experiences, we can transform the current experience into a pleasant one by simply changing our thoughts. By replacing a weak thought of hurt or pain with a powerful thought of forgiveness, we can reclaim our power and feel lighter, rendering the external situation ineffective against us.

It’s natural for our mind to generate another thought that forgiveness is not as simple as it sounds. “How can I forgive in the spur of the moment for all that I have suffered?” In this moment, if we recognize that we’re creating this thought, we can use our awareness to transform it. We can create a new thought: “Let’s experiment by being powerful in this moment. Let us embrace peace and empower ourselves with the virtue of forgiveness—there is nothing to lose.” These are new thoughts we create to experiment with, to see if we can create a new reality right now. The results become evident in our feelings, determined by our choice of thoughts. Positive thoughts empower and uplift us, while negative thoughts disempower and drain our energy. With the powerful thought of self-transformation, we experience an expanded self, open to new realities. Conversely, weak and negative thoughts of hurt and vengeance lead to a contracted self, confined to a shell of victimization. Always remember, we get what we create.

With awareness and practice, we can learn to take charge of ourselves by transforming our thoughts. This process of experimenting with thoughts to create a new reality not only makes us aware that we are the co-creators of our destiny but also gives us a sense of direction and the freedom to choose our path. This independent choice carries the responsibility of our actions. We learn and grow from our choices, knowing we can change our route at any moment if we wish to experience a different reality. We are our own masters, even as we concede control to destiny. We navigate the entire journey ourselves and still claim destiny is driving us.

“Let’s meditate upon our thoughts and own them to bring about a change from the inside out. The outside is merely a reflection of our inner state.”

Awakening Through Night and Day: Finding Peace, Love, and Enlightenment

As I lay in my bed, I talk to the night and welcome her. I tell her, “You are a part of me,” and I thank her for coming at the end of every day. She tells me that I need to go home and get some rest. She makes me appreciate my home and creates a longing within me to be home. Home is the only place I want to be. I am filled with peace and love as I rest in the comfort of my home.

I express my gratitude to her for being so full of compassion as she approaches with such gentleness. Dusk marks her subtle appearance, transitioning into evening, which gradually grows into a dark night. Twilight then paves the way for her to disappear into dawn.

As I lay in my bed, I talk to the day and welcome him. I tell him, “You are a part of me,” and I thank him for coming at the end of every night. He tells me that I need to wake up and awaken everyone. He makes me appreciate the sunlight and creates a longing within me to be light. Light is the only thing I want to be. I am so awake and full of energy as I wake up in the glory of this light.

I express my gratitude to him for being so full of might as he approaches with such spirit. Dawn heralds his mighty appearance, evolving into early morning and brightening into a beautiful day. Noon then paves the way for him to disappear into dusk.

As I lay in my bed, I talk to both darkness and light and welcome them. I tell them, “You are a part of me,” and I thank them for making me complete every day. They reveal who I am and what I am here for. They make me appreciate the purpose of my existence and create a longing within me to awaken. Awakening is the only state I aspire to be.

I am enlightened as I awaken to the love, compassion, might, and light that lie within.

I express my gratitude to them for being my beloved Guru as they approach with truth and reality. They hold my hand both in the night and in the day. The feminine presence of love and compassion makes way for the grand appearance of darkness, which grows into a vast void. Similarly, the masculine presence of might and light then paves the way to disappear into enlightenment. They are constant companions, yet I don’t see them.

he Art of Self-Cleaning: Shine from Within

Scrubbing the Soul: Lessons from the Airport Cleaning Crew

As I observe the cleaning crew at the airport, scrubbing the tiles on the floor, a presence holds me. It whispers that this is how much effort I need to put into scrubbing my soul to make it shine. It is a constant effort needed to stay clean and pure. When we are clean, we shine.

The cleaning crew knows their job is to clean. They follow a process, focusing on one thing at a time. They know exactly what to clean and how to clean it before they start their work. So, the first question we need to ask ourselves is: Do we know what our job is? The presence tells me I am here to clean my vices.

Next, we need to ask ourselves: How do we want to approach it? The presence tells me to accept myself along with my vices. Then, we ask ourselves: Do we know what to clean them with? The presence tells me there are virtues I am blessed with. Finally, we ask: Do I know how to clean? The presence tells me that all I need is a deep intent and strong faith.

I see a lot of intent and effort put in by the crew as they clean. As they mop the floor, the brightness of the design lifts me. The presence tells me that just by doing my own cleaning with pure intent and sincere faith, I will not only shine but also illuminate those around me.

So, I thank this gentleman as he passes his light on to me, and in this light, I thank each one of you for passing your light onto me.

Divine Codes: A Journey to Self-Manifestation

Gaze of Divinity!

Divinity is what I saw in your eyes. I heard it saying, “Look here, I am standing right in front of you. You have it all, right here, in this moment. What can I help you with?”

“I am right here and now, present within you. I am always present, and you can come to me whenever you wish. This is the common gift we both have. Once you access this gift, it self-manifests and grows. There is no end to the surprises that continue to unfold each time you access this gift. It is, in some way, like a Russian Doll; you open it and find there is another one, and yet another one, and yet another one.”

There is no beginning or end to this beautiful gift. The more we open it, the more we keep receiving it. As precious as the gift is, the ways to access it are unique. Each of you has a unique key with a special code to unlock this gift. You often forget the code and seek help from the external. The external shows you the code, but only you can look into it. Even the external cannot access this code. This is because it is a combination of diverse Divine moments that define your unique journey. As you reflect on these special moments and begin to recollect the combination of your codes, it is very important for you to unlock your gifts.

There is a surprise element when you unlock these gifts. Remember, they self-manifest and grow. In that self-growth of your gifts is hidden a treasure not only for you but also for the external to receive the divine combinations of their codes. This is how unique yet connected your gifts are to mine. This is how different yet similar you are to me. You set these codes in Oneness, and they reveal to you in Oneness.

Life is simple yet diverse. Simplicity lies in the journey itself, yet there is diversity in the Oneness of your unique path. Enjoy this diversity of Divine moments all along your journey, and the simplicity of each moment will reveal and manifest your gifts to you.

I hope you find your codes in the presence of these words, a gift of Oneness of our Divine energies in this moment.

A Heartfelt Ode to My Mother

Mom, thank you for carrying me in your beautiful body, thank you for loving me every moment, thank you for being there for me always. I am the immense courage I see in you. I am this divine presence that you hold. I am the flawless perfection that shines upon you. I am the beauty that exists within you. I am the free spirit that carries you. I am this curious child that lives in your mind. I am the willpower that you behold. I am the opportunity you lay at my door. I am the compassion that lies in your heart. I am the oneness that you experience in every being. I am the dream you dreamt. I am the life you wished. I am the victory you achieved.

All I want to say is that I love you, Mom, for all that you are. No matter how much I grow in body, my spirit continues to evolve from the vastness of your being and enhance my learnings at each step. I smile and I thank you, Mom, for the gifts you continue to bestow upon me every moment…

Thank you, God, for blessing me with this eternal gift—”Mom.”
